In the frames of the study visit to Moldova the Armenian delegation comprised of the State Employment Agency of the RA, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the RA, Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development of the RA, Caritas Armenia, as well as iMigrantArmenia.EU project representatives paid an official visit to the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
Parties discussed the problems of reintegration of returning migrants in both countries. The State Secretary Anastasia Oceretni stressed the fact that the ministry developed certain mechanisms to facilitate the reintegration of returning migrants in Moldova. The Moldovan side presented the mechanisms of assistance to the returnees as well as the agreements with Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan and France aimed at facilitating this process.
The head of the Armenian delegation, Artak Mangasaryan, emphasized the importance of the continuous cooperation between Armenia and Moldova through an exchange of experience and development of common strategies.
