On June 2 iMigrantArmenia.EU project representatives took part in the Europe day activities in Yerevan. They presented the work done in the frames of the project and the upcoming activities.
The Europe day celebrations were held in six Armenian cities (Ijevan, Hrazdan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Kapan, and Yeghegnadzor) and concluded in Yerevan on 2 June. A wide range of public events was introduced to the public. The participants had the opportunity to learn more about EU-funded projects in Europe and Armenia and their achievements, as well as participate in various competitions and win prizes, listen to European music and taste dishes.
The event in Yerevan hosted hundreds of people, who were eager to learn about different projects implemented in various fields in Armenia. In the meantime, the ICMPD in Armenia organised kids run around Karen Demirchyan sports complex for children from 9 to 10 years old from Kanaker-Zeytun district schools. The evening ended with a concert and award ceremony for the three fastest boys and girls from the run.
